Indy Wrestle Line 3/3 Report

Hello everyone and welcome to the Indy Wrestle Line for your Saurday update for the busy first Saturday of the month around independent professional wrestling in the midwest, I am your weekend warrior Randy Klemme.

Alot of things to talk about...first a statement from MTV.....WSX has NOT been cancelled---it is on hiatus. Translated it will not be shown and they are trying to find a new home for it. Needless to say it won't be back on MTV television anytime soon. UNSEEN shows MAY be available later on their website, or by another means. The first 4-episodes will be available on the wsx.mtv.com website.

ok, now let's get into tonight's action. There are a number of shows around the midwest...

Tonight in Indianapolis, it is Insanity Pro Wrestling action at the Fountain Square Salvation Army, 1337 S Shelby Street in Indianapolis. Belltime is at 7:30pm. IPW Grand Champion Hillbilly Jed meets Carlton Kaz in the main event in a "Fan Chooses the Match" Match. Tickets are $12 and children 10 and under get in for $7......

In Columbus, Indiana....HPW presents Meltdown at the HPW Arena on the Bartholemew County Fairgrounds. HPW CHampion Diceman Ronnie Vegas meets Bo Bo Brazil Jr in the main event. Belltime is at 6:45 tonight...

In Marion, Indiana...EWF action at the EWF Arena, 3400 S Adams will feature Midwestern Champion Big Richard Cannon...Tag Champs Ames and Able and Ladies Champion Destinee Blade. Belltime is at 7pm and tickets are $8 at the door...

NWA-Indiana is in action at the Community Center in Goodland, Indiana with a 6pm CENTRAL Belltime. Wildcat Chris Harris is on the card in Goodland, Indiana Tickets are $8 at the door...

AWA-Supreme is in action tonight at 821 Main Street in Madison, Indiana. Belltime there is at 7:30pm...

Total All Star Wrestling will be have a large fundraiser at the National Guard Armory in Scottburg, Indiana tonight for Richie Burgin. Belltime tonight is at 7pm in Scottburg...

Outside Indiana....War and Respect will have March to Glory tonight with The Soul Shooters, Steve Stone, N8 Mattson, Truth Martini and others on the card. Tickets are $12 at the door and belltime is at 6:30pm...

Ohio Championship Wrestling is at the National Guard Armory in Richmond, Kentucky...

Mountain Wrestling Association at the Estil Street Jubilee in Mt Sterling, Kentucky...

Northern Wrestling Federation is at the Community Center in Buford, Ohio starting at 8pm...

New Era Wrestling of Ohio is at Spear's Gym in Mt Healthy, Ohio outside of Cincinnati starting at 8pm...

and Elite Pro Wrestling is at the VFW in Stegar, Illinois starting at 7pm CENTRAL time....

Last night, IWA Midsouth was in action in Plainfield, Indiana but we have not received complete results from the show as of yet....

In Irvine, Kentucky last night, it was Gen-X Wrestling action....
Gen-X Breaker Champion Jay-Ten Lyons won by pin over Brad Thomas.
"Hosscat" Big Henry defeated "Mean" Mike Roach and Cujo when Big Henry pinned Mike Roach to become the #1 title contender.
Brad Thomas, JT Snow and Joe Rogers defeated Maxx Sledd, James Clough and Preston Romans, III when Joe Rogers pinned Maxx Sledd.
Gen-X Tag Champions "The Mt. Sterling Wrecking Crew" (Kelly Charles and Shayne Parker) won by DQ over "Honest" Donnie Green and "Driller" Eddie Browning.
"Beautiful" Bobby Eaton won by DQ over Gen-X Heavyweight Champion Vic The Bruiser
